2008 Advertising Information

Placing an ad in the PGICA 2008 Directory will put your ad in approximately 2,000 homes in the Isles. Additional copies will be given to new residents when they join the Civic Association. The Directory remains in homes approximately one year.
The dead line for placing ads is January 31, 2008. Directories will be printed by a professional printing company. Directories will be distributed in March 2007.
Because PGICA mails the Directory using the bulk rates for nonprofit organizations we can not accept advertising from travel or insurance businesses. Advertising pages will be located behind member information pages. The first page of the advertising section will be the Advertisers’ Index which will be a quick reference page for users. In the index, advertisers will be listed by category, then alphabetically with the page number of their ad. Ads will be in shades of grey, black and white on yellow background.
There are a limited number of full color ads at strategic locations.
We do not have the capability to design ads. Advertisements should be submitted as camera ready art in a digital file or hard copy for scanning.
Again this year there is no increase for ads in the yellow pages.

Note: When you contract for an ad in eleven issues of the Commentator, you will receive a 10% discount on any Membership Directory advertisement of the same size or larger than your Commentator ad.
