Placing an ad in the PGICA 2011-2012 Directory will put your ad in approximately 1850 homes in the Isles.  Additional copies of the Directory are given to new residents when they join the Civic Association.  The Directory remains in homes, as a prime source of information, for approximately one year.

The Directory will be mailed to our members in March 2011

  • Ad copy must be finalized (in jpeg or PDF format) by February 18, 2011
  • Ads must be paid in full by February 18, 2011

In view of the fact that the PGICA mails the Directory using bulk rates for non-profit organizations, we are prohibited from accepting advertising related to travel or insurance.  There will be an Advertiser’s Index, which is a quick reference page for users.   In the index, advertisers will be listed by category, then alphabetically with the page number of their ad. 

  • There will be a limited number of full color ads at strategic locations. 
  • Advertisements must be submitted as camera ready art in a digital file or as a clear hard copy for scanning.
  • Again, this year, there is no increase in the cost of our ads – though we are standardizing the sizes to match the Commentator, our monthly newsletter. 

NOTE:  If you contract for an annual ad (11 issues) in the COMMENTATOR, you will receive a 10% discount on any Membership Directory advertisement if it is the same size or larger than your COMMENTATOR ad.
